Food Service Team Lead

As a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and leading a high-performing team. You will work closely with restaurant management to provide direction, training, and support to team members, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Train and reinforce food safety procedures to team members
- Act as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers and verifying cash
- Perform walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close
- Work with the restaurant management team to train, develop, and communicate with team members
- Supervise, coordinate, and delegate the execution of operations tasks and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist the restaurant management team in maintaining proper coverage and ensuring quality, production, and service standards are met
- Partner with other restaurant management to identify opportunities for optimizing efficiencies and maximizing profitability
- Follow up and ensure resolution of guest-related issues
- Previous supervisory experience in Quick Service
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
