Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gurpreet Aulakh Professional Law Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events

• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences

• Determine and establish office procedures and routines

• Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Manage contracts

• Answer telephone calls and relay messages

• Answer electronic enquiries

• Oversee the preparation of reports

• Order office supplies and maintain inventory

• Perform data entry

• Provide customer service

• Supervise 1-2 people

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1-7 months of experience

• Willing to relocate

• Ability to multitask

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Flexibility
