As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of tile sets on various construction sites. Your expertise in tile installation, supervision, and project management will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of tilesetters and other construction personnel
- Ensure that all tile installations meet the required standards and quality
- Estimate costs and materials for tile installations
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Oversee apprenticeship training and development of junior staff
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in tile installation and supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
