We are seeking a skilled Tilesetters Supervisor to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee tile installation and supervise a team of tilesetters.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also need to estimate costs and materials, manage equipment, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and will be responsible for recommending personnel actions and overseeing apprenticeship training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of tilesetters and coordinate activities
  • Estimate costs and materials, and manage equipment
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions and oversee apprenticeship training
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Please note that this is a full-time position, with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, and a retirement plan.
