  7. Commercial Opportunities: Prepare quotations and assess commercial opportunities to optimize project outcomes, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  8. New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals, leveraging industry expertise and relationships.
Requirements:
  1. Education: University degree in a technical field, such as engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong background in nuclear or related industries.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with QA programs, such as Nuclear, Aerospace, or Automotive, and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  5. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and work ethic, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
  6. Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is an asset, demonstrating a high level of project management expertise.
