The Warehouse Logistics Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our distribution center. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the team by exemplifying best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance operational quality, ensuring timely receipt, shipping, and logistics management of tires;
  2. Craft cost-control measures to optimize labor expenses and stay within budgetary guidelines;
  3. Establish actionable objectives for daily, weekly, and monthly operations, aligning with productivity and customer satisfaction targets;
  4. Mentor and participate in employee development programs, promoting growth and retention;
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, evaluate performance, and introduce process enhancements;
  6. Embody company values and standards, serving as an ambassador to employees;
  7. Effectively prioritize tasks, manage last-minute requests, and adapt to changing situations;
  8. Protect and safeguard company assets;
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

  2. Business Acumen: With 5-8 years of experience in managing a distribution center, you possess a deep understanding of business strategies and have developed tools to optimize productivity and control costs;
  3. Analytical Skills: Apply critical thinking to diagnose issues and guide solutions towards strategic business goals and process optimization;
  4. Technical Knowledge: Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and warehouse management tools to drive process improvements and increase operational efficiency;
  5. Geographic Awareness: Possess a valid driver's license and knowledge of the region to optimize travel planning and execution;
  6. Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
