Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at MANITOBA LTD. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and schedule appointments.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, calculate billing charges, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
