Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 6999230 MANITOBA LTD. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients and the public, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Support: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, order office supplies, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices.
  • Organization: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management.
