Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 6999230 MANITOBA LTD. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients and the public, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and calculate billing charges.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management.
