Job Summary

The Media Planning Specialist will play a key role in managing our media planning product. This includes preparing and presenting media plans, proposals, and analysis to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present integrated media plans, proposals, and analysis that meet client objectives and expectations.
  • Maintain and evaluate the media plan to ensure campaign performance is on track.
  • Prepare and present evaluations of media opportunities, trends, and issues of interest to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating responsibility, reliability, and resourcefulness.
  • Initiate and coordinate the media buying process to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the media plan.
  • Provide accurate and timely client finance reports and budget control reports.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience in integrated media planning.
  • Experience within an integrated advertising agency is an asset.
  • Strong learning agility and a passion for continuous development.
  • Client service-oriented and proficient with media research tools.
