About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2579751 Alberta LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
