About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Beeton Trucks and Minivan Store. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of commercial transport trucks and automotive systems to identify and repair or replace faulty parts and components.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex mechanical issues, ensuring vehicles are returned to their optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining repairs and maintenance requirements, and ensuring their vehicles are returned in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to maintain and improve our service standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail are essential.
