About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Beeton Trucks and Minivan Store. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of commercial transport trucks and automotive systems to identify faults and malfunctions, and perform repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining repairs and maintenance needs, and ensuring their vehicles are returned to them in excellent condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work overtime as required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, judgement, reliable, and team player.
