Health and Safety Technical Writer

Peninsula Canada is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Technical Writer to join our team. As a Health and Safety Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in supporting our advisors, field consultants, and clients by creating high-quality technical content that is easy to understand and compliant with legislative and best practice requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update technical documentation and programs to ensure they are relevant, concise, and compliant with legislation and standards across all Canadian jurisdictions.
- Create engaging and informative content for publishing in company health and safety materials.
- Conduct research and project work to support the development of policies, programs, and training materials.
- Maintain and improve databases and technical tools to support departmental operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the OHS team to complete departmental objectives and priorities.
- Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in conducting thorough research and creating high-quality technical content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of inquisitiveness and independence in conducting research.
- Eye for detail and ability to work a brand narrative.
