As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting practices and procedures, providing insights into financial performance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage elements of the monthly accounting close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide expert advice on accounting policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in controllership or a related field
  • Canadian or US CPA certification
  • Proven expertise in SAP and Excel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
