Job Summary

SRED is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Closing Processes: Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Internal and External Audits: Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support management decisions.
  • General Ledger Reconciliations: Ensure accurate general ledger reconciliations and address any discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
  • Professional Certification: CPA certification required for this role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. SRED provides a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development opportunities.
