About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including burgers, fries, and other menu items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic math skills.
