We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Atlas Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food counters.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and keeping records of food quantities used.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and ensure that food and supplies are properly stored and rotated.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. You must be able to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
