Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald's standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
