About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Go Auto. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate estimates, and recommending services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Listen attentively to customers' concerns and provide solutions to their automotive needs.
  • Collaborate with our skilled technicians to provide accurate estimates and recommend services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and technologies to provide expert advice to our customers.
  • Embody a positive and supportive team dynamic, working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • A genuine love for cars and a contagious enthusiasm that will leave our customers revved up.
  • Exceptional communication skills that could make even the most stoic statue crack a smile.
  • Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Stellar problem-solving skills to navigate the twists and turns of automotive conundrums with ease.
  • Impeccable organizational skills to keep our service lanes flowing seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in computer skills to whip up estimates and enter service orders like a pro.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or extensive knowledge of automotive service and repairs preferred.
