Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Go Auto. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of their vehicle.
  • Review and analyze customer vehicle information, identifying potential issues and recommending necessary repairs.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and that customers are satisfied with the work performed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle repairs, and other relevant information.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and technicians.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license required.
