Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Chef Mayo Grill Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve high-quality food in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service to meet our customers' expectations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
