Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PETRO-CANADA(A&W). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
