Food Service Manager

Sabitri's Global Cuisine is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet operational needs
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Smart Serve, and Safe Food Handling certificate
- Excellent oral communication, client focus, and team player skills
- Flexibility and dependability
