Job Summary

We are hiring a Store Operations Associate for our store in Cochrane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including balancing cash registers, preparing bank deposits, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance cash registers and prepare bank deposits
  • Train associates on SKU and pricing-related issues
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity
  • Participate in cycle counts and ensure health and safety policies are followed
  • Follow loss prevention best practices

Requirements

  • Effective analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position include standing and/or walking, bending, twisting, and squatting. You will also be required to lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and perform tasks involving firm grasping and repetitive hand motions.

Keyholder Premium

As a keyholder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store on an ad hoc basis, including running register reports and ensuring all areas are tidy.
