About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grocery Store Cashier to join our team at Pag-asa Grocery Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
