Job Title: Business Analyst Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Lead to join our Global Wealth Management Technology team. As a Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and design of business solutions to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis and design of business solutions to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior business analysts.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents and other project artifacts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
