Job Title: Business Analyst Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Lead to join our team at TD Securities. As a Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes to our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
