Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and working on projects/initiatives that span across departments in a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit business and technical requirements from stakeholders and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
  • Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
  • Develop informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Apply depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.
  • Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Build test cases in order to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understands Software Development Life Cycle and can effectively perform BA tasks for each of the project phases.
  • Have knowledge and experiences with Agile Methodology.
  • Experienced with Digital Banking Platform is desired.
