Restaurant General Manager - Operations

As a Restaurant General Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for the overall success of a single restaurant. You will oversee the daily operations, manage the team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including profit and loss management, cash control, and inventory management.
  • Lead the restaurant management team to achieve productivity targets, including labor costs, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment law, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Recruit, select, hire, train, and retain effective team talent.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results.
