Executive Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to join our team at CANTRUST UNIVERSAL TRADE LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our trade and broadcasting services forward.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our trade and broadcasting services, ensuring alignment with our company's overall vision and goals.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and goal achievement.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions to promote our interests.
- Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to ensure team success.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
- Skills: Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and manage teams.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Work Environment: A dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
