Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to optimize client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets, accounting, and finance for assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company and client standards
  • Lead a team of skilled tradesmen and professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Coordinate operational aspects of properties, protecting and enhancing client assets
  • Ensure all site management practices align with company and client standards
  • Perform regular reporting, forecasting, and asset management for all sites
  • Implement preventive maintenance, repair, and capital improvement programs
  • Develop and manage multi-year capital improvement project plans
  • Manage third-party vendor services, including bidding and insurance updates
  • Monitor performance against scopes of work and contractual agreements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Professional license or certification is desired but not required
  • Superior people management and client relationship skills
  • Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints
  • Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of commercial leases, routine accounting methods, and trade union protocols
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
