Overview

PepsiCo Beverages is seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Leadership Program. This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Leadership Program participant, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and meet consumer demands.
  • Lead and manage a frontline team of PepsiCo employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree completed by August 2024.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving business growth and profitability.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience working with big brands and a desire to innovate and make an impact.
