PepsiCo Sales Leadership Program

PepsiCo Beverages is seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Leadership Program, a comprehensive development program designed to build the next great leaders of our company.
This program offers a unique opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, with a wide breadth of field selling and leadership experience. You will have the chance to develop valuable leadership skills, including problem-solving, influencing, and collaborating with the field sales team, key accounts, and customers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets and support business growth.
- Flexing entrepreneurial and physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
- Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, including direct-to-store delivery, warehouse distribution, and third-party carriers.
- Working with customers to execute sales strategies, merchandise, build displays, manage inventory, and implement promotional events.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree completed by August 2024.
- Strong leadership, passion, and a desire to make an impact.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Big brand experience and innovation.
- Lead from the start and enable leaders at all levels with training and meaningful opportunities to grow.
