We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods and walking frequently.
