Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
