About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team at DASHMESH AUTO BODY INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work in the repair and refinishing of motor vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Body Repair and Refinishing: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, and apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Surface Preparation: Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve the desired finish.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in automotive body repair and refinishing.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, excellent written communication, and reliability.
