About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team at Shri Balaji Inc. as a Motor Vehicle Painter. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are restored to their original condition, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Refinish damaged vehicle bodies, including replacing front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components.
  • Prepare Surfaces for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces to be repaired.
  • Apply Coatings by masking and taping auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, applying primers, and repainting surfaces.
  • Repair or Replace interior components as needed.
  • Mix and Apply Paint to match original colors, blending and matching colors as required.
  • Use Specialized Equipment to straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • The role will involve bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
