Huron Tractor Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing financial performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and financial goals.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any issues that may arise.

  3. Direct the operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.

  4. Communicate and mentor the Huron Tractor Vision, Mission, Values, and Core Competencies within the store.

  5. Oversee marketing activities and events to promote the dealership and attract new customers.

  6. Ensure the maintenance, security, and professional appearance of the facility and property.

  7. Represent the company in sales activities with key customers as needed.

  8. Lead by example in Health & Safety procedures and ensure the well-being of all employees.



Requirements



  1. 5+ years of experience in a dealership environment.

  2. Experience in Parts or Service management or Sales is preferred, but candidates with other management experience will be considered.

  3. Proven ability to meet sales targets and departmental business goals.

  4. Agricultural industry experience is an asset.

  5. Knowledge of financial metrics and a solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations is required.

  6. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or relevant work experience.

  7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
