Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HARIS FAROOQ CANADIAN IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT INC.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and implementing efficient administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Procedure Development: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train office support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless communication.
- Reports and Data Entry: Prepare and submit reports, and enter data into our database as required.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
