About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Manager to join our team at Redwood Infrastructure. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and execution of telecommunications tower builds across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Manage multiple complex build projects, including site assessments, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Chief Operating Officer and other stakeholders, resolving day-to-day issues and managing subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Civil engineering education and background, with a Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
