Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Coastal Grounds Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of landscape construction projects.

Team Supervision and Management

Supervise and manage a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Quality Control and Assurance

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that work meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Client Communication and Relationship Building

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
