  • Westwood Landscapes Inc is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Foreman/Woman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscape construction work, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Plan and estimate labour and materials for landscape construction projects.
    2. Supervise and manage landscape construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
    3. Maintain accurate work records and logs.
    4. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    5. Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
    6. Train workers in duties and policies.
    7. Establish work schedules and procedures.
    8. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Requirements
    1. 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction.
    2. Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
    3. Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
    4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
