Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant - Rehabilitation Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Rocky Mountain Physiotherapy and Wellness. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer evaluative tests and assist health care professionals in developing treatment plans.
  • Monitor, check, and calibrate auditory equipment, and instruct patients on test procedures.
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists.
  • Assist chiropractors with patient health education and maintain supplies and equipment.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
