About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Rocky Mountain Physiotherapy and Wellness. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer evaluative tests and assist health care professionals in the assessment and treatment of patients.
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Assist chiropractors with patient health education and maintain supplies and equipment.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
  • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients and maintain inventory of equipment.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
