Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, as well as portioning and wrapping foods for service.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
