- Delegate tasks effectively to support staff.
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Oversee compliance with policies regarding information access and privacy.
- Coordinate office services, including logistics and maintenance.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage inventory controls.
- Compile data for reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks as required.
- Provide training and support to staff members.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
- Address and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Commission and oversee systems and components.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor performance and evaluate team outcomes.
- Manage payroll processes.
- Plan and oversee budget and expenditures.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
