Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
