Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 3-4 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
