Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Choice Pizza Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information, customer data, and company documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines to meet.
